Martini Northern acted as the construction manager for the five-story, 98,500 square-foot renovation of the former Mount Washington College into 87 apartments for SMC Management within the west wing of the massive Sundial Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. The project had to be carefully executed while keeping all other areas of the building fully operational throughout construction.
- The project involved an engineered interior demolition of existing space that was completed while limiting impact on businesses operating in adjoining wings of the complex.
- The new residential apartments include a mix of one and two bedroom units with modern kitchens featuring quartz counter-tops , stainless steel appliances , a common area game room & lounge.
- The project included a complete gut and renovation of all MEP systems .New common areas were constructed which included yoga and fitness studios, as well as a new glass entry addition with a billiards room.
