Martini Northern completed a 36-roomexpansion of the Marriott ResidenceInn at the Pease Trade Port inNewington, New Hampshire inDecember 2019.
- The three-story, 21,000 sq/ft new construction structure features a New England style clapboard and masonry facade.
- A 29-car parking lot was added to the site to accommodate for the hotels increased capacity.
- The new hotel rooms consisted of 12 one-bedroom units with kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms, and 24 studio units with king beds, kitchen/living areas and bathrooms.
- This project was completed while the hotel was fully operational throughout construction requiring special attention to maintaining life safety and egress requirements throughout the project
