Construction Management
The City of Nashua selected Martini Northern to be the construction management firm on renovation project of the Nashua Public Health Facility.
- All three floors of the former school house were renovated to make the new Nashua Public Health facility code compliant while providing significant energy upgrades.
- The existing building had no elevator so Martini Northern worked closely with the architect to design and install a new elevator inside the existing building. The well coordinated elevator installation included design-build temporary bracing and support structure while the elevator foundation and shalf was constructed.
- New mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and finishes were installed throughout the new facility. This included a well coordinated effort to integrate new MEP rough-in's throughout the existing structure while maintaining required fire ratings and assemblies.
- The renovations provided new offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, nurses stations, clinical areas and medical labs to benefit both the Nashua Public Health staff and clients for years to come.
