Martini Northern provided design/build services for the interior tenant fit-up of Grippy Tannins, a boutique winebar, market and lounge in Portland, ME The project was completed in two months with a two-month design/preconstruction phase.
- Our team worked closely with the owner to incorporate all custom interior design aspects into the construction documents while completing the project within the owners requested budget.
- The 2,200 square foot space feature s an inviting entry, custom designed wine r acks, shelving, and millwork, distinctive furniture, wine bar, kitchen, storeroom, office/ IT server room and restrooms
- The construction included the installation of a new concrete slab with additional conduit for future use , new flooring, custom millwork and all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
