This project required a 2,300 square foot addition to create a newentry with lobbyand reception space to accent recent interiorimprovements to the college’s facilities, transforming the formerPease AFB hospital exterior into an inviting space
- Work included Site Construction, Concrete, Paving, Site Pavers, Sidewalks, Masonry, Structural Steel, Light Gage Framing, Mem brane Roofing, Metal Roofing, Finish Carpentry, Thermal Insulation and Weatherproofing, Doors & Windows, Drywall, Paint, Wall Tile, Flooring: VCT, carpet, ceramic tile, rubber tile, Building Sprinkler System, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical.
- All work was accomplished while the building remained fully operational, requiring stringent coordination efforts on the part of the Martini Northern to ensure that building services were maintained for students and faculty with safety paramount throughout the course of construction.
