Martini Northern provided design/build services for thenew Glen House Hotel, a 68-room boutique hotel builton the Mount Washington Auto RoadpropertyinGreen’s Grant, NH.
- The three-story, 61,000sf wood-framed structure utilizes a panelized wall construction system and a classic New England style clapboard exterior facade
- The energy efficient, sustainable building features four inches of rigid insulation and five inches of spray foam insulation, eight inch insulated Hunter panels on the roof to form a very tight building envelope
- 30 geothermal wells provide both heating and cooling for the building while future off-site hydro and solar infrastructure will provide further sustainable energy
- The tastefully appointed luxury rooms include upscale finishes and furniture. The hotel also features a commercial kitchen, restaurant, dining room, lounge, fitness center and indoor salt water swimming pool.
