Martini Northern served as construction manager for Elliot Hospital’s 75,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Center and Medical Office Building in Londonderry, NH.
- This project required extensive blasting and site work as well as major off-site improvements, all within the confines of a tight schedule
- The facility is two stories with a partial basement. It is constructed of structural steel, reinforced concrete, cold-formed metal roof trusses and a standing seam metal roof
