Martini Northern was construction manager for the 24,500 square foot facility at the Elliot Medical Center at Londonderry. Originally built as Phase 2 medical office shell space, the change of use dictated installation of completely new mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems to support the cancer treatment center
- The project was completed on a fast-track schedule and included construction of 20 treatment/infusion rooms, 10 exam rooms, an isolation room, a clinical trial area, three nurses’ stations, and a pharmacy.
- Patient and service elevators, a family resource library, counseling center and a boutique round out the service areas in the clinic which was completed with no impact to ongoing campus operation.
