Martini Northern was the construction manager for renovations at the Cliff House Resort. The projects were off-season capital improvements to the seaside resort, but were completed while keeping the hotel fully functional and operational.
- The Martini Northern project team worked closely with Cliff House management over a 4 month pre-construction period to devise a strategic workable construction management phasing plan to install an elevator and renovate a lobby.
- The construction management phasing plan involved the coordination of invasive construction activities during lower occupancy times and the project was completed in 3 months to provide the cliff house with a new lobby and handicap accessibility to the north part of the hotel.
- As the elevator installation progressed, Martini Northern developed plans for a major upgrade of the pool complex with goal of designing and building a full service pool house with a bar, grill, commercial kitchen and restrooms
- Martini Northern installed a new deck and patio area including a hot tub expansion. The pool complex project began in early April and was completed in less than 3 months
