Martini Northern was selected as the Construction Managerfor the major renovations and addition to the LDS church inWolfeboro, NH. This project was a high-profile project withchurch members such as Mit Romney and the Marriottfamily regularly attending church. The Martini Northernconstruction management team was able to keep the churchopen and fully operational throughout all phases ofconstruction.
- The first phase of construction included extensive interior renovations including the installation of fire-rated walls, selective demolition and construction of the main chapel and interior finish upgrades of existing meeting rooms and classrooms
- The second phase of construction included a 3,000 sq/ft addition to the front facade of the church creating additional meeting rooms, added square footage to the chapel, nave and main rostrum
- The addition to the main rostrum included extensive millwork at the new rostrum, a custom 40' x 40' concealed projection screen, 30' interior moveable partitions, new audio and video equipment and systems, new mechanical equipment and ductwork throughout the new and existing spaces
- Site work included installing new underground drainage, site lighting, paving and curbing for a new 5,000 sq/ft parking lot on site
