Martini Northern was the construction manager for
interior renovations of the Acuant corporate offices at the Sundial Center in Manchester, NH. The
project was completed in two months with a one
month preconstruction phase.
- The 6,000 square foot office features an inviting lobby, open office floor plan, breakroom, IT server room and restrooms.
- Private offices employ custom glass curtain walls allowing for natural light within the overall office area.
- The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were all removed and replaced as a significant upgrade for the client.
- Helped the tenant coordinate and schedule the installation of all furniture and FF&E.
