Martini Northern was the ConstructionManager for the luxury apartmentrenovation project at RiverfrontLanding in Nashua, New Hampshirefor a repeat customer of MartiniNorthern. The project was completedon a expedited schedule within theclients desired budget.
- The project involved a change of use for the two-story building originally planned to house a restaurant and salon.
- The renovations included a mix of both one bedroom and studio rental units as well as common areas on both floors of the 8,200 square foot building.
- Martini provided design-build services for the new Fire Protection system, in which a cost savings was provided to the owner by using a combination of both wet and dry sprinkler heads and reducing the number of ceiling soffits
- The project also included a new entry lobby, new HVAC systems and underground MEP infrastructure, a nd various site upgrades such as a new dog park , parking lot and sidewalks
