Martini Northern provided construction management services
for the groud-up, new construction of the 13,500 square foot
child care center in Exeter, New Hampshire. Extensive site work was completed including a new parking lot, underground utilities and landscaping to meet all planning board approvals.
- The wood-framed structure, designed in the rural New England style, features classrooms, administrative offices, full service kitchen, and bathrooms. Energy efficient spray foam thermal insulation was applied over the entire envelope.
- The building also included high-efficiency mechanical and plumbing systems along with a tight exterior envelope to decrease the buildings carbon footprint.
