Martini Northern was selected by AG Architects and Dr. Louis Clarizio to complete expedited interior renovations of the dental and oral surgery office located at 566 Islington Street in Portsmouth, NH.
- The Martini Northern Team worked directly with AG Architects to separate the project into two phases during the design phase in order for construction to be minimally invasive and have the shortest to avoid major disruption to the business.
- Phase 1 of the construction consisted of removing all existing finishes in the X-Ray room and hallway, reframing walls, installing new doors, flooring, wall finishes, millwork and counter tops. All of the construction in this phase was completed on schedule 10 days after mobilizing on site.
